The weekend of April 11, 2010 was the first competition of the National Championship in Portugal, Sintra trail with a new layout. This brought something new to all drivers.

With the return of some drivers to the sport, we had 18 drivers in the Stock class and 21 drivers in the Modified class.
In the pilot class of Stock, Bruno Castela (National Champion in 2009) again showed why he was champion, and he won the race ahead of XRAY driver Rui Almeida (Winner of the 2009 Portugal Cup).

In the Modified class, XRAY driver Nuno Gancho (2009 National Champion) won the event ahead of driver Ruben Francisco who made an excellent recovery after qualifying that did not go very well. He had been booted into the finals in 8th place.
